Do I have to pay for both the plaque and a subscription?
No. The online memorial is free, and from its page you also create the QR for the headstone, which your stonemason engraves. Aevi plaques are not on sale yet. The subscriptions below are optional: you only need them if you want more memorials, more space or advanced features.
Can I change plan at any time?
Yes, you can move to a higher plan whenever you like. For the conditions that apply to your purchase, see the service terms or contact us.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data stays safe. If you exceed the limits of the new plan you will not be able to add new content until you are back within the limits, but nothing will be deleted.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with TWINT and with the main cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Payments are secure and encrypted, in Swiss francs.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel at any time from your dashboard. The subscription stays active until the end of the paid period, then automatically switches to the free plan.
Does the Eternal Plan expire?
