No. The online memorial is free, and the plaque with QR and NFC is a one-off purchase (from CHF 89) that includes the first year of service. The subscriptions below are optional: you only need them if you want more memorials, more space or advanced features.
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. Moving to a higher plan is immediate, and you only pay the pro-rata difference for the remaining period.
Your data stays safe. If you exceed the limits of the new plan you will not be able to add new content until you are back within the limits, but nothing will be deleted.
You can pay with TWINT and with the main cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Payments are secure and encrypted, in Swiss francs.
Yes, you can cancel at any time from your dashboard. The subscription stays active until the end of the paid period, then automatically switches to the free plan.
