No. The plaques with a QR code are coming soon and cannot be ordered today. In the meantime the digital memorial is free and stays online: you can create it now and link the plaque once it is available.

On servers in Germany, with the provider Contabo, and encrypted backups that stay within the European Union. Aevi is a Swiss company based in Ticino and the processing remains subject to the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP). Germany is on the Federal Council's list of states with adequate data protection.

You can include photos, videos, a biography, quotes, family information, and much more. The memorial can be fully customised according to your needs.

You can choose between three privacy levels: public (visible to everyone and indexed in search engines), unlisted (accessible only via direct link or QR code), private (accessible only to you and people you authorise).

Yes, you can edit the memorial at any time. Add new photos, update the biography, manage guestbook messages. You have full control.

The memorial stays online forever. The free plan does not expire; subscriptions are optional and only needed if you want more memorials, more space or advanced features.

Make sure the QR code is clean and clearly visible. Try different scanning apps. If the problem persists, contact us and we will check the status of the QR code associated with your memorial.

Yes, you can invite other family members as co-managers or transfer complete ownership of the memorial to another account.

We offer replacement plaques at a reduced price for existing customers. The new QR code will be automatically linked to the existing memorial, with no data loss.
