How long does delivery take?

Delivery in Switzerland takes 3-5 working days. For orders over CHF 100, delivery is free. For deliveries to other European countries, please contact us for information.

You can include photos, videos, a biography, quotes, family information, and much more. The memorial can be fully customised according to your needs.

Who can see the memorial?

You can choose between three privacy levels: public (visible to everyone and indexed in search engines), unlisted (accessible only via direct link or QR code), private (accessible only to you and people you authorise).

Can I edit the memorial after creating it?

Yes, you can edit the memorial at any time. Add new photos, update the biography, manage guestbook messages. You have full control.

How long does the memorial stay online?

The memorial stays online forever. The first year is included in the price of the plaque. Subsequently, a nominal annual fee of CHF 29 is charged for service maintenance.

The QR code doesn't work, what should I do?

Make sure the QR code is clean and clearly visible. Try different scanning apps. If the problem persists, contact us and we will check the status of the QR code associated with your memorial.

Can I transfer management of the memorial?

Yes, you can invite other family members as co-managers or transfer complete ownership of the memorial to another account.

The plaque has been damaged, what can I do?

Accepted Answer

We offer replacement plaques at a reduced price for existing customers. The new QR code will be automatically linked to the existing memorial, with no data loss.

I've forgotten my password, how can I recover it?
