Rectangular commemorative plaques, medallions, hearts and custom formats are planned, in weather-resistant materials and with a laser-engraved QR code. They are not in production yet: the catalogue is being prepared.

Not yet: Aevi plaques are coming soon. But you can already have the QR for the headstone: you create it from the memorial’s page and have your stonemason engrave it. The digital memorial is free and stays online.

On servers in Germany, with the provider Contabo, and encrypted backups that stay within the European Union. Aevi is a Swiss company based in Ticino and the processing remains subject to the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP). Germany is on the Federal Council's list of states with adequate data protection.

You can include photos, videos, a biography, quotes, family information, and much more. The memorial can be fully customised according to your needs.

You can choose between three privacy levels: public (visible to everyone and indexed in search engines), unlisted (accessible only via direct link or QR code), private (accessible only to you and people you authorise).

Yes, you can edit the memorial at any time. Add new photos, update the biography, manage guestbook messages. You have full control.

It has no expiry date: the free plan does not expire and needs no subscription. And the memory stays yours: from your personal area you can download all of it at any time, with photos, videos, voice notes and a page that opens even without internet. Subscriptions are optional and only needed if you want more memorials, more space or advanced features.

We will tell you by email at least 12 months in advance. During that time you can download the whole memorial from your personal area: texts, photos, videos, voice notes and a page that opens even without internet. It is written in the terms of service.

Make sure the QR code is clean and clearly visible. Try different scanning apps. If the problem persists, contact us and we will check the status of the QR code associated with your memorial.

Yes, you can invite other family members as co-managers or transfer complete ownership of the memorial to another account.

It is made again with the same code: download the QR file again from the memorial’s page in your personal area and take it to the stonemason. The memorial stays as it is.
